About Us
The purpose of our existence, Rising Property Management is to let all landlords to enjoy a real peace of mind.
Everyone in New Zealand knows that the state has sound laws and regulations. Residential Tenancy Act is constantly being updated and amended. Previously, the government did not impose a governing regime on property managers, so there are many unqualified property managers in the market.

Our Specialties
Today, lets talk about our specialties…

Casual Service
We can provide a CASUAL Service where we find you a suitable tenant and you manage the property in all aspects yourself including meeting all your legal obligations under the Tenancy Act.
Our role is to use a combination of our databases and primary advertising web portals to promote the property. We qualify the enquiries, manage the physical property viewings, perform credit checks on your candidate selection, then process the Tenancy Agreement and Bond lodgement.
Managed Service
With our MANAGED Service, we take care of everything including the day to day responsibilities in running your investment property. Simply, we remove the stress of you dealing with tenants and we manage everything that you would expect of a professional service.
The advertising and selection process is the same as detailed in our casual service, however beyond the placement of the tenant in your property is where we add significant value in the service of the ongoing management of your property asset.

Clients' Testimonials
I am always not aware of where my paid management fees gone. Whenever my tenants raise any issue, my property manager will lay all responsibilities to me. Fortunately, my friend introduced Ben to me, a very professional property manager. Strongly recommended.
Our Client
I like to thank Ben personally, even though i am not your client yet. However when i enquire from you, you were very patient in answering all my questions and issues. I have notified my current property manager for a change of authority. Leave it to you, Ben, I am satisfied.
